Ladies are more prone to losing calcium when age grows, so weigh training can be helpful enough to increase the bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.  Also, cardio workout is part of the effective plan for womens fitness. Cardiovascular workouts serve as strength exercises and test capacity of heart and lungs. This way, all body parts are being readied for a more rigid and sweat defying workout.

Lastly, no workout will be worth it when it is not incorporated with diet. Womens fitness plan must include a very good plan for diet. Ladies should pay much attention to the substance of the food they take and the amount of food taken each day. Nutrients such as calcium and iron should always be part of the daily food to keep their bodies healthy and fit.
